Pain with siting raise the idea of pudendal nerve problem.There is few forum on internet on this.All your other symptoms fit with mine and i also have difficulty evacuating.I'm tempted to blame your sigmoid colon.Being so deep in the pelvic cavity messing up the whole area and creating back up.

Yeah my legs muscles are -tigth-.I mostly have trapped gas and too much of it.
