Hello,I have just joined!Firstly i am Jess, 19 fron England.I went to the docs a few months ago and got diagnosed with IBS, That is all i know.I chose to ignore it to be honest...But I went back today because I have been having more cramps.I dont get constipated or even have upset stomachs but i do get very very bloated.I often pass wind...ALOT and if i am in a situation where i cant i get really bad stomach aches and cramps.I have a healthy diet, eat fibre, fruit and veg and drink alot but i dont exercise.Plase can you give me some tips of how to get less bloated and keep the cramps at bay.Thanks guys xx
