Hi I have just joined the group. I have had IBS and GERD for about 20 years. Following an extremely stressful year I'm experiencing the worst flare up ever. I am constantly full of gas, nothing relieves it completely. The GERD is also a constant. I have pain in my right shoulder blade and feel as if I have a lump in my gullet when I swallow. All this leads my to thinking it's unrelated to my IBS and GERD as I haven't experienced these symptoms before, my stress levels are very high which isn't helping my IBS, I feel stuck in a loop. Does anyone have any advice please, I take 48mg Omeprazole daily.

Hi, I am new here also and believe I have IBS-C. I was in so much pain last night. I've been taking miralax 2x a day. I"m wondering if what your experiencing is your gallbladder. MY gallbladder doesn't function properly and I don't have stones. I know that pain in your shoulder blade is a symptom.
