...Within a few weeks I have lost over 25 pounds. I had to stop weighing myself, because I didn't want to see anymore weight loss......This was in the beginning of my IBS, even though I had the symptoms before my MD said it was IBS.I have times when I am super hungry, and just eat away, and still gain no weight. I do, do the no no's, with the ice cream...those BIG and tasty burgers for a buck at McDonalds, along with the rest of the no no's
I figure I'm going to have my IBS symptoms anyway, so what the heck, I'll enjoy "real" food for a few short days. Now, on the other hand, there are the days when I don't eat, don't even think of food, because I am not hungry. I have to be reminded by family members to EAT!! I am even catered to. I am not super skinny, but I am below my height and age weight. I've been working out, and running...I would figure the muscle I "made" would make me wiegh more. I also notice when I do eat, meaning having a tad bit of an appitite, I can't eat like I do on them no no eat days. I can barely finish half of what I put on my plate, which isn't much to begin with. I thought that maybe my tummy shrunk, and that was why. But what about those days that I mentioned above?? I just don't understand this whole thing. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Then again, if it did make sense to anyone, there would be a cure, right??Love,Jadair
