I find I get the most flare-ups during the week, when I'm at work (I think partly from my nerves), but during my weekends I am much relaxed and therefore my stomach is much better. I might make one solid poop in the morning like a normal person and be fine the rest of the day. But come the work week and it's back to the same old thing!

Me too, which is why I almost never take any Immodium on weekends or vactions. My diarrhea is worse during the weekdays and I know a big part of that is due to triggers such as having to wake up early and stress which are mostly weekday events.

Well that should be an indication that we need medication to calm us down/and anti anxiety drug. I advise against Prozac and Paxil because they may provoke D as a side effect. But there are other meds. that may make a week be less stressful which helps the D significantly.
