Not Sure What to Do -- Please Help

I have had IBS for about 2 years now. I have tried a few things to help out with my symptoms. After finding out I was lactose intolerant, I stopped consuming dairy which seemed to help with things like cramping and bloating. Although, my main symptom of IBS, frequent bowel movements and incomplete bowel movements in the morning still remained. I took the Xifaxan treatment which did a whole lot of nothing. In the morning, I have to go to the bathroom 2-3 times. This is not because I have diarrhea and I am not exactly what people would classify as "constipated," as it comes out rather easily. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do to help put an end to my need to using the bathroom multiple times in the morning? Also, for a little more information, I am 17 and try to maintain a rather healthy and basic diet. Thanks in advance!
