had food poisoning and unbelieveable D! I used to have this kind of D on a daily basis. So what I am trying to say is for 2 years I have not had D and now I know to be thankful that I got rid of that daily problem with the continual use of caltrate. the loose stools used to bother me because I was always in a panic that it would turn to D. However I just got reminded of the diff and the way that I feel when D is going to hit me. sometimes you just need to be reminded of the way it used to be in order to appreciate things now. I have been going out to do my usual errands with no panic or the slightest anxiety because now I know that if I am not sick I can hold myself really well now. just wanted to sign in and tell you all that I feel better and that sometimes you need to be reminded of the bad times to really appreciate the good.
