There are times when I feel nausous and burp a lot. I get occasional heartburn as well. The Nausea is awful and usually goes with a lot of burping. This on top of the usual ibs is needless to say annoying. I had an upper endoscopy 2 years ago. A small hiatial hernia was found, but was not significant. Could it have gotten bigger. Nothing else was found during the test. I went to an ENT a few months ago with swallowing problems, he did a scope down my throat and found an infection, he gave me anti-biotics and suggested Nexium if symptoms continued or got worse. Has anyone tried Nexium? Should I try it since I think some of my symptoms point to GERD?
