My doc just prescribed Nulev for the 'trapped gas' I get. I get what I call a bubble that rumbles in my gut and hurts like the dickens, but I can't relieve myself of the gas. He prescribed Nulev to be taken as follows: 1-2 tabs 30 ,in before meals 3X a day or even 3-4 hours as needed for pain. Anyone used this or heard of it? Any help...side effects? nogo

HiSorry, I have not used Nulex. I was given duspatalin (mebeverine hydrochloride) 135mg.It works for me. But I try not to take it unless it is really necessary or when I do not have my natural remedies around.terence

I have IBD-D, Nulev made me worse so maybe it will help your IBS-C.
