It is a high dose magnesium product so should get things moving if you take enough of it.People with kidney issues may need to be careful depending on how much they need to take like they would with any other magnesium based product.

If over 60% get reduction in symptoms and 30% get to remission, are the levels of Magnesium too high for continued (lifetime) use? These seem pretty dramatic numbers.

I so wish they would come up with something to help the diarrhea type as well

I'm so tired of dealing with this all the time. I do hope this helps some of those with the constipation side of things though.
