I am quite underweight but starting making some ground, I need to build up body fat and muscle mass quite a lot.I used to be very active but then started getting cramps during and after exercise and let slip.Really trying to get back into it but I cant do any abs exercise without cramps stopping that, stamina based exercise is a pretty big nono too. but even simple weight lifting causes cramps.anyone know ways to reduce the craps during exercise?
