Also any one get pains upper right side when bending over. It is as if the colon is tight or full up?. This only happens while I am having an attack. Also while using the massaging technique from snakeoil does anyone feel a tight area in their colon and when this is massaged it is slightly tender and then something gives and the tender area moves and eventually I will pass gas?

I've done that before. Had a shooting pain like around my upper right ribs when bending a certain way.
