Hello all: My doctor has done every test so far and they all came out normal. I think there is more test he will do. anyway my question is I have nauesa, stomach pain. Does IBS come with stomach pain? Write Back Soon Leah

Pain or discomfort (like urgency) is a defining symptom of IBS. Most IBSers have some degree of pain or discomfort.If you look under the blue menu bar there is a link called "diagnositic criteria" those links provide a lot of good information and are worth checking out.K.PS...what they have now decided you don't have crohn's

Kathy, They don't know what I have. They are trying to fiqure out what I have wrong with me. I guess they can do more and more tests out there. I had a colonoscopy in oct which came out normal. Write back soon Leah

If the symptoms are not Inflamatory Bowel Disease like crohn's then the most likely thing it could be is IBS.K.
