I am having excruciating pain but it’s just gas. The pain comes in waves and as soon as I do a fart the wave passes. Sometimes it takes a half hour for the fart to come out and the pain is unbearable. I feel like I am dying even though it’s just gas. It’s embarrassing too the farts are loud.

Sorry to hear that it is so physically painful for you!

Most the time I have no clue I am passing gas, 90% of my pain is social humiliation.
