Paxil and Librax question

Hi!I started taking Paxil this week to help my depression/anxiety which has recently gotten out of control. My gi doc also wants me to take Librax to help my stomach cramps and pain. Has anyone combined these two drugs together and had a good experience? I have had an awful 2-3 weeks, losing weight quickly as anything I eat goes through me quickly. I am in constant pain and am petrified to eat too much, especially out of the house and I have quite a commute to work each day that is really taking it's toll. I pray they bring Lotronex back soon - that was the only medicine that has ever helped me feel almost "normal"!Thanks for any input!Sam
