As long as it has real peppermint oil in it anything with peppermint works. You could try Altoids, the original peppermint ones seem to have enough peppermint oil in them to work for some people (including me).You could try ginger or fennel tea. Some people like those and they can also be good for the GI tract. Ginger tends to reduce nausea, fennel is usually used for gas or post meal bloating.
