Hello! Just tried out peppermint tea this morning and I found that my gas has improved in the morning, still the same after lunch but better. However my stomach was making lots of noises and more than usual in the morning, it was embarrassing and I drank lots of water to keep it full for a while, then i ate two mini biscuits which usually keeps in quiet for the next half an hour but it kept making noises which were loud too??
