Just wanted to post in here in addition to the D forum to see if I get more responses. If I physically exert myself immediately after eating (even though I take calcium), I almost without fail have an attack of D. If I give myself 1/2 hour or an hour of "digestion time" I'm usually fine to exert myself. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this? Sometimes physical exertion will lead to D even if I have not eaten recently. Thanks for any replies, thoughts, comments.~Mrs. Mason

mrmason, physical exertion stimulates the colon and hence why excersice can help c people. And also why it may make d people go sometimes. When you eat this make the colon even more stimulated.
