Here's something else I'm now doing just as an additional help for IBS-C. My pilates instructor showed me a move called "Roll Like a Ball." It is supposed to help the colon. When i do the exercise, I actually hear my colon making all sorts of gurgling noises. Since I've been doing this exercise, I am more regular. Of course, I'm using herbals and magnesium, but I haven't had the scary "can't go at all" times.
