I have bad hayfever at the moment and never taken anything for it, I got some Piriton syrup today and am worried about side effects, affecting my IBS or stomach.

Oh cool - it sounds good. Are the tablets big? I have trouble swallowing them.Oops - ignore that. Just read they're to be sucked or chewed. That's handy. Think I'll get some. Thanks.

Mumble - Piriton is an antihistamine. I have seen a lot of comments from people who have IBS that antihistamines actually help their IBS so it may be worth a try. Why don't you break up the dose and build up slowly.
