When you click on a topic to view the replies, just click on the button "Post A Reply" (either at the top or bottom of the page). A PM is a Private Message that will only be viewed by the person you send it to. You can view your private messages (and set up if you even want to receive them) under my profile (also at the top of the page). Hope that helps.

Hello, I posted the topic "headaches", people replied, but I don't know how to reply back to them and also don't exactly understand what a private message is. Could someone give me a quick rundown on how this works. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
