Hi everyone,Ive just spent a really long time researching gas/bloating on the internet, at the library and buying books. Ive noticed that there seems to be ALOT of contradictions everywhere. In some the recommend certain foods and in others they claim it to be a trigger food. Its a bit confusing. But so far I have comprised this list of possible foods that WONT produce gas and bloating.MeatPoultryFishAvacadoWaterBatsami RiceGluten Free BreadRice Pasta, Noodles and BreadJellyRice CakesCooked/Boiled CarrotsCooked ApplesGingerYoghurt (with live cultures)Lime JuiceCooked Potatos- Chew slowly- Small meals- No chewing gum, smoking and alcohol.What do you guys think of that list of foods. Do you think any of those are wrong or do you know of any more foods I can add that are SAFE foods.Any help would be greatly appreciated...... I really am very lost on what food to eat and not eat.
