Does anyone else get this as well?I'm at work today and it's really bad. I keep having to go to the bathroom. I hate this. Can't even join my friend for lunch today because of the d!!!

Are you saying you are getting menstual cramps along with you IBS pain? IF so i totally know what you mean. Today i have bad cramps and it seems to make my IBS flare up

Use a hot bag of water.It works on the pain.Even a ice pack sometimes.but i Don't know about women type of pain.

Yes! Before this still yet undiagnosed issue came about the week before my period I would be rather bound up... maybe go every 3rd day... the day the period comes - it's diarhea time, baby. Feels like I'm peeing out of my butt. Gross.. but I think our hormones have EVERYTHING to do with this phenomenon.Roo
