had shoulder surgery 1 m ago since then cant eat wheat milk always had very low fat high fiber diet 4 my so called ibs now im tottaly [email protected]#!d just want to die. dont know what to do next seen so many docs and gastros they all say just ibs , yeah ibs that when i have an atacck puts me in hospital on morphine or worse .
