Metoo, sorry but I am not sure what the question is, but your observations are on.I know they are working on new meds for different reasons.Something like zelnorm perhaps would work on the constipation and maybe the pain if it were available in the US. I would think in some cases such as yours it might be a variety of treatments and its finding the right combination (drugs and therapies) which I know you aware of how diffucult it can be sometimes.
