since i [ well maybe we] all of us sit in the toilet for a period of time , pain is something that always accompanies it. but latley , i have experinced severe pain that caused me to almost pass out in the toilet. its diffcuilt to explain the origin of this thing. it happaned to me twice in the middle of the night. i started to feel some pressure near the dump hole, its not fissure or something cause there is no evidence of that. its something in that area. its like a reversed gas pressure that pressures the hole and causes me pain almost to the point of passing out. i actually banged me head on the sink before i fell on the ground. [im not heavy or something im about 65 kg]. that actually prevented the passing out. just cant figure out what the hell is that. and it usually happens in the middle of sleep. the pain actaully wakes me up.
