i have EXACTLY the same problem... ive got increadible pressure/pain under my left rib and my arms tingle loads.. sometimes i wake up with pins and needles all over my chest and back, its really frightening. does your pain radiate into your back, down the left side and under your left breast too? (sorry)- itd be a relief to know if someone else does..
