Has anyone had probiotics cause them to have more d and increases in bms? I have tried taking the probiotics for weeks but i cant stand to take them b\c it increases my bms so much. I have been hearing that a lot of ibs people have had positive effects from probiotics and Im getting confused on whether this happens to anyone else.
Some people find the prebiotics (like fos and inulin) added to a lot of probiotics to be bothersome so that can set them off more than the probiotic can help, especially the first week or two. For some people that settles down after awhile.
