lynsey, you poor thing. I'm usually a D too but I've had some extremely bad C episodes due to meds my GP has put me on to "cure" the D. Usually a few days of things like weet bix, insoluable fruit and veg (like broccoli etc) does the trick. I also sometimes sit on the loo with a hot cup of water with lemon in it. That's really good for getting things to move. It's a bit scary being so C after always having D. It's strange, you spend your whole life wishing you didn't have D then get C and just want the D to come back! Hope you go soon. It's not nice being either way.
