I am sufferer of IBS-C which I think stands for constipation. I have bouts of IBS for the past 35 years with some bouts improving and going into remission but always coming back when I was under stress as a junior high teacher and playing poker at the casinos on weekends. In the morning I have a 6 ounce glass of prune juice and every other day 6 ounces of prune and 5 prunes that are pitted and then walk 2 miles and you won't have a constipation problem nor diarrhea problem, just gentle bowel movements. Hope this helps most of you but I still have IBS as I am a retired after 37 years of teaching but still addicted to poker.
