I haven't had much time to read posts lately, but I'd just like to let people know that psyllium seems to be working pretty well for me. I'm D and I've been taking 2 capsules in the evening, (as Eric suggested - thank you) for about 6 wks. now and I think I'm becoming pretty regular. I seem to be going once in the morning and have even started venturing out the door at 8 am for a 30 minute walk. Occasionally I'll have to go in the late afternoon or evening, but I think that's usually if I really don't watch what junk i put into my mouth. I'm trying to watch my sugar intake this week to see how I do and to lose a few extra pounds. I finally managed to be consistent about something!
