Hi all. I have seen this in the aisle but I was afraid I would just be spending more money on another thing that did not work. How long did it take for the pills to start working? Are there any side effects? Thanks!

Thanks for all of your info! I started taking the chew able kind this morning. The box didnt list any artificial sweeteners just sugar. I didn't see any immediate results, but I am coming off a visit with lots of bad foods and drinking. Quick question, should I stop taking my fiber (citrucel) pills with this? Thanks again!
