People were worried when it had sugar, now it's a problem that has sucrolose.Can't win

Magnesium is not a stimulatory laxative. If you eat more than you can absorb in the small intestine the remainder in the stool draws water into the stool making it easier to pass.Trace amounts (since it is a nutrient your body requires if there was much at all they'd have that on the nutrition label, 1% of the RDA is ~4 mgs. Most people taking it to loosen the stools need on the order of 200-400 mgs. The lowest amount I've seen bothering anyone is like 60-80 mgs) are used in the manufactur of a lot of pills.Your body should absorb that tiny amount just fine as you need some magnesium to stay alive (things like making your heart beat and a lot of other functions need magnesium to work).DA-IBS is just a probiotic.
