I have mines usually early morning,i can be back and forth a few times in morning and also i can have BM's afternoon and evening also.I strain all the time although BM always soft and left with incomplete evacuation.
I usually have my first BM within two hours of eating breakfast. Occasionally I have one right when I wake up in the morning, but I usually find that only happens if I've had a lot of dairy the night before. I usually go again following lunch, but that also varies with what I eat. It's pretty rare for me to have a BM after 4 pm, but it does happen on occasion.
Same here S line. i can set my watch by my after breakfast BM. it wasnt always like that though, when i was constipated i could go for 7 or 8 days without a BM. breakfast seems to get the old Gastro colic reflex going to move things along now. (Thank god)Ian
