Every time you eat the colon gets more active. In every human every meal every single day of your life. That can make IBS symptoms act up.Smaller more frequent meals sometimes helps. So can taking an antispasmodic (go to the doctor to get diagnosed and get a prescription) 20-30 minutes before a meal.In all your posts every single thing is always in every case consistent with IBS.Every single way you can find to describe pain or straining or bloating or everything like that is always consistent with IBS.Have you seen a doctor about any of these symptoms?Have you seen a doctor about anxiety since your posting style is consistent with other people that say they have anxiety?
Pamlyn I am concerned that you seem to post the same questions over & over again .... almost compulsively. And still you have NOT gone to a Dr.??? And therefore you STILL don't even know whether or not you even HAVE IBS? If so....This concerns me greatly. And I am not at all sure this posting behavior of yours is healthy or safe.
