I have recently been diagnosed with IBS D, and I am going through the whole trial and error of food and medications right now. I have heard miraculous things about Fibercon, or other fiber supplements, Metamucil, Citracel, etc. How do you use those so that you are regular in the afternoon after you get out of work? Before I got IBS, I had a BM like clockwork everyday when I got home from work. I miss those days greatly. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
