how do u cure your wind im running out of ideas my main things i use are1) pepermint oil in a hot drink (not to pleasant)2)pepermint capsuals3) lots of rubbing and jumping (dont ask but ti workshope these help some 1 can any 1 reccomend anythinge else
One thing that can help is the yoga position 'The Plough'. Bascially you do a shoulder stand then lower your feet to the ground behind your head. Rest there a few seconds. This compresses the abdomen and makes the wind move upwards towards the exit! Or if you can't manage this, lie on your back and gently draw knees into your chest. Only recommended if you don't have back problems, so be careful. But these moves generally help me, at least a bit!
