Now I'm really annoyed.
Twice this week I have eaten non self-prepared food and confirmed with the place concerned that certain ingredients - leeks, red onions- have not been included in the item I am eating, only to find them lurking on my plate when I am part of the way through my meal.The most recent was 10 minutes ago and I am now stuffing my face full of polo mints to try and counteract the effects!!! (I usually take pure peppermint but have left them at home!)It's horrible when you know what you have just eaten is going to cause you problems and you sit and wait for the pain to kick in.....!Don't you just hate it when people tell you something is not in the recipe only to find out it is!!!
