I just read the Healthy Digestion book and the following was recommended for D- FOLIC ACID,OIL OF OREGANO,ZINC ANDN-ACETYL-D-GLUCOSAMINE. Has anyone had any success with any of these products?
be wary of zinc... i cant find my biology mineral thing booklet right now (rooms a mess) but too much zinc can inhibbit the uptake of other more essential vitamins... my mind fails me now but i have to clean up tomorrow will post as soon as i find it lol its not far away.....glucosamine is used alot of arithitus and joint pain... dont know if it has any other uses. i shattered my arm years ago and was advised to take glucasamine for joint pain
I find oregano very helpful. I use the dried leaves (grocery store) not the oil. It seems to normalize my digestion and definitely helps me with acid reflux. I'm not sure it has any effect on C or D, though. Hard to tell.Rosie
