I have been suffering from lack of appetite and nausea for quite a while.......i feel full after just a few mouthfuls.I am currently on fortisips and i am totally sick of taking the things. Are ther any alternatives to fortisips that have the same high calorific input in such a small amount (300cals in 200mls)?Does anybody have any ideas on appetite stimulants?

There are prescription drugs that can stimulate appetite.. obviously you would need to talk to your doctor about those. They include a variety of antidepressants (most the TCAs), among others.OTC stuff like antihistamines (Benadryl in particular) have been known to increase appetite in some people, but they also make you drowsy. Also, maybe try to avoid things that will supress appetite, like some stimulants (i.e. coffee). You may be doing this already.

I know that it's hard. Everyone thinks it's not that hard to just eat, but when you're never hungry and eating brings on symptoms that ruin your day...All I can say is force yourself to eat a small amount 5 times a day. Yes, I know easier said than done, but even if you're not hungry, your body needs energy. I find nuts to be the easiest high-calorie food to digest, but I don't know what would work for you.
