Hello,I've been suffering from IBS-D for 5 years now (I had to stop school) and the drug that saved my life back then was Anafranil (clomipramine, TCA). But due to the annoying side effects I've decided to switch to Remeron very recently (I took 30mg last evening).Is there someone who experimented both kind of antidepressants ?Thank you
