Just read all the great info. you posted on magnesium oxide, and many thanks!! Just a quick question. Your info. said "when mixed with water", and I am wondering where you can get this in a powder form. Also, maybe you could post the best time of day to take this.

Hello,You do not need to mix magnesium oxide. Go to a health food store and buy it in pill form.
