SHINGLES, INFO HERE
Well i had shingles back to back! started dec 25/99 came back 01/29/00.took me until end of feb 00, to get rid of it.Valtrex is the drug of choice 7 or 10 day course.( must be taken within 3 days of the first sign of shingles}lidoderm patch for the post pain.shingles ia zoster virus, the same virus that causes chicken pox.there are around 1000,000 cases per year of shingles.most cases show up in people 50 years or older.most cases of shingles are reported in and around the stomach/chast area.shingles that effect the eye if not cought ant treated fast could lead to major eye problems.hope this has helpcharlie
