Been on Cerufoxime for 10 days and in the second week i was able to eat anything!I still have IBS and it comes rigth back after the course of anti-antibiotic.It was for a sinusitis.

Yes.You need to get the things moving after the course.Maybe with Erythromycin,i don't know.
