Oops! I've been eating pure Wheat Bran for breakfast and wondering why it didn't help!INSOLUBLE FIBRE can make us WORSE! I didn't know!SOLUBLE FIBRE is the key, apparently. That's it, oats oats and more oats! Potatoes! Peas!This sounds like a much more fun diet!I had always noticed that my pains seemed to be fine after having a steak or something like that, and always wondered why that was, it must have been to do with all the chips (fries) I have with it....From now on it's porridge, hob-nob biscuits, potatoes, chips (fries)
