HI everyone.I just wanted to bring ya'll to attention of something that has helped me with multiple bms. I have been taking brown rice protein powder with decaf green tea for about 3 to 4 weeks now. I have notice a huge decrease in the amount of bms and looseness in my stools. I think that brown rice protein taken with decaf green tea might be able to help some other ibsers. I know that the protein is not all that has helped me. I have also made changes in my diet like no fruits, no caffine, and little amounts of processed sugary foods. I hope that someone may give this (protein)a try and I sincerely hope that it will help.Also, to relieve gas I have found that if I lay on my belly with my hands pressing up on my belly, i can move the gas down my abdomen and out. If anyone wants me to further describe want I do i will gladly do so. Have a nice day!
