Do you still suffer from spasms even though you have a BM or take anti-spasmodics, sometimes lasting for several hours? Please respond.

I agree it is a "spasm". You can tell when things feel like they are tightening up so so speak....so what else could it be?

I have to admit I DON'T take them regularly because I don't like the side effects from the Bentyl. I take one whenever it really feels uncomfortable...so maybe that is part of my problem.
