I have found sprouted grain bread in Australia. It is called Essene and is sold at some health food shops (in the fridge)It comes vacuum sealed and keeps for ages. It is very moist and heavy. I find it really helps with IBS-C. It's more like cake than bread and it takes a while to get used to it but it's great.

Hi Kaz!The Essene is very similar to the Manna bread I'm using. More like a very moist and dense cake. As long as I toast it really well and put jam on it, I find it quite tasty. I bought 12 packages at the health food store yesterday!
Glad it's working for you too!
