I know SOME of you keep reading these posts and keeping wanting info on other prescribed drugs, but please try this caltrate calcium, something so easy can make the world of difference, it doesn't have to be an expensive drug to work for you. With all the good luck people are having with the calcium, I don't know why people keep asking about other drugs without trying it. I don't want people to waste their time, try it and get on with your life. It has helped more people than not.

I have read Dr Salt's book, from the library and it did help. I also read other books about IBS, Dr Salt if I remember, touches alittle on the fear part that the others don't. I also read self-help books on positive thinking (cognitive) and panic attacks, even thou I don't have panic attacks but used to have IBS anxiety, there is a difference, it did help me understand about how the mind works and can work against you or for you. Also I read books on self acceptance. It really changed my life. Good Luck Let me know how it goes. The caltrate I take anytime I remember. I take a Women's One-A-Day with calcium then a caltrate (1) If I feel plugged up I'll halp the caltrate. My husband takes 1 caltrate and has helped him too. It depends on your body. Start with 1. I like to take it at night (if I remember) that way my mornings are great (if I have a problem it is usually in the morning) the caltrate will work over night and the morning will be great! Good Luck
