Hi -- I have been diagnosed with IBS D for 3 years and since about 1am last night I have had severe D -- but with no pain...is this normal? I'm so used to the massive, mind-blowing cramps that I don't know what normal is anymore....

I am also IBS D and have experienced the terrible D with no pain on occasion. It's almost like everything is moving thru there too fast to hurt!I don't think there is anything to worry about, but if you are concerned talk to your doctor about it. On the upside... no pain is a plus right? Take care
